Carroll Sandman earns the Kentucky Governor's Scholarship at Northern Kentucky University.

Northern Kentucky University is giving a big Norse shout-out to Carroll who has been awarded the Kentucky Governor's Scholarship for the 2014-2015 academic year!

Carroll, it's students like you that make us excited to welcome the Class of 2018 to our beautiful campus. You're amazing, and we can't wait to see you this fall!
